As one of the Front Desk Receptionists, Amy has been welcoming patients since 2001 and knows the importance of a sincere smile. But she also likes to keep things fun.
“I enjoy having fun as well as getting to know our patients. Often when I go to other doctor appointments, people don’t know who I am, there’s no personal exchange. I wouldn’t want to work there. If I didn’t have fun being here, I probably wouldn’t have lasted as long.”
Linda was Dr. Willett’s patient before joining his staff in 1996. For Linda, a comfortable office environment is important, but additionally she appreciates Dr. Willett’s trust in his staff.
“People seem to have a good feeling about our office – that it’s comfortable and welcoming. Of course Dr. Willett is also very good at what he does. I think we offer a real service here for people; educating them, helping them to see that taking care of their teeth is not just something you go do every few months.”
